Gant is an American and Swedish clothing brand founded in 1949. It is represented in 70 countries and is available in more than 4,000 stores worldwide. The brand has three different collection branches: GANT, GANT Diamond G, and GANT Rugger.

Until the 1960s, Gant specialized only in shirts. However, with success came the idea of expanding the range. In 1971, the brand began producing its first American sportswear collection, which also included ties, trousers, and rugby shirts.
